Crown Limousine

The limousine we rented from Crown Limo LA was sleek, comfortable, and very useful. We made the most of it during the party my family threw for my niece's sweet sixteen. The limo was a beauty and even grand mamma, the big matriarch of our family, had a fabulous time while riding inside it. She sat with her grandchildren, and just about all of her children, and had a blast. Having a movable party on the limo made for some very good times. We made it to our restaurant on time and also to the photo session thanks to our excellent driver. My family pitched in to cover the costs of the party, and the food and locale rental turned out to be the most expensive thing we got. The limo was not expensive.

Great! My fiance (now husband) made the arrangements for transportation and even changed some things at the last minute. The drivers were extremely professional and very nice. They made sure to call when they arrived, and were already waiting for us after the ceremony. Our church had some complicated parking rules and was located on a busy main street with a red curb in front, and they made sure to follow all complicated rules and instructions!

I needed a limousine on my wedding day to take me and my bridal party from our hotel in Torrance to the wedding venue in Manhattan Beach, then to take the bridal party from Manhattan Beach to the reception in El Segundo.  Crown Limousine had an Escalade available that could transport up to 14 people.   I worked with Beka to set up the reservation less than two months away from the wedding (I know) and she was so friendly and so thorough I really felt I was in good hands.  I did like the fact that if she was not in the office, there was always someone else available to respond to emails in the same friendly, thorough, and timely manner!  Of course 2 days before the wedding I started to worry about making sure everyone would be where they needed to be on time.  Beka was out on vacation but both Katt and Veronica assured me that my limousine would be there when promised.

And it was.  I wish I could remember our driver's name because he was fantastic.  He was polite and friendly, helped the ladies and me (and our fancy dresses) into and out of the car, and he also made sure to point out the features of the limo (my MOH plugged in her iPod for mood music).  He also tried to make a conscious effort to not be in the background of any photos (it didn't really bother me if he was, but the thoughtfulness was appreciated).    Most importantly, he arrived on time and got us to where we needed to go on time!

This company knows how to treat its customers. Starting with the moment you call them to inquire about a reservation, or to ask for a price estimate, they handle every detail of your request with care and with precision. If they say they're going to call you, they call you, and the price you settle on at the beginning is what you're charged for at the end. They're simply excellent in all respects. Crown Limo gets that sometimes it's necessary to make a grand entrance, but that not everybody is rolling in dough. I appreciated how upfront they were about the extent of their services and the terrific way they were carried out. My friends like to throw big-event parties, and I'm often the one synchronizing things like limo itineraries -- my easiest experience, so far, has been with Crown Limo LA.

I booked another limousine company 8 months ago, for my wedding.  One month before my wedding, the company goes out of business.  I scrambled to find another company, and I'm glad that I stumbled upon Crown Limousine.  My initial correspondence via email was in a timely manner, and all my questions were answered.  

On the day of my wedding, the limousine arrived 15 minutes early.  He called, and acknowledged that he was early, and said that we should come down whenever we're ready.  Our driver new the area very well, and didn't have any problems with navigation.  

After the ceremony, our wedding entourage took pictures around the area, and the limo driver even text my phone to tell me that it's about time to head back to our final destination, so as not to incur an increased charge.  When we were all done, the limo driver even came to pick us up from a different spot, at the right time, and everything was perfect.  The driver came out with a red carpet for us to walk in, and added the "Just Married" magnets (they weren't corny) onto the trunk of the car.  

All in all, everything with the limo was painless, and hassle free.  I would definitely recommend them to others.
