To Whom It May Concern:

Recently, we engaged Crown Limousine, L.A. to take us on a one day (April 1st) excursion of LA, Hollywood, and the surrounding area.  We live in Gettysburg, PA and with only the internet to aid us in our search for a reliable limo service, we were concerned about this aspect of our trip with our grandkids.  The grandkids had never been in a "stretch" before and it was our desire to make the tour as memorable as their visit to Disneyland and Universal Studios. 

During the course of our telephonic fact finding with a few of the companies recommended on the internet, we determined that our best course of action would be to engage with Crown Limousine, L.A. for our outing.  Lei Snider was the customer service representive who answered all of our questions and helped us not only decide that Crown Limousine, L.A. was the best choice but also with all other aspects of completing the contract.  Lei's demonstrated outstanding customer service and professionalism throughout the process relieved us of any anxiety we had previously felt in our search to hire a reputable company for this key segment of our visit.   

Our request included the need for a driver who knew the area and could act as a guide to some of the main attractions offered.  We had come up with a list a desired stops: Hollywood, Venice Beach, etc., that the grandkids had indicated an interest in seeing, but of course, we didn't want to miss a thing.  Trevor was assigned to drive us.  In our opinion a better driver choice could not have been made!  The grandkids immediately warmed to him and he provided us with a day filled with wonderment!  He took us not only to those places we had on our "not to be missed" list but also to many other places that we had not considered -- the grandkids (us too) loved it!  Throughout the day he was truly the consummate professional.  

Lastly, we wish to express our overall graditude to Crown Limousine, L.A, and their staff for making our day one to remember.  Based on the stories the grandkids have told their parents and the other grandparents, the "Crown experience" ranks at least equal to those had at Disneyland and Universal Studios.  A remarkable achievement to make such a positive impression on a 12 year old and a 10 year old.
